ClearPulse - Data Deletion Policy

At AXIOM ANALYTICS, we respect your right to privacy and full control over your data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how we handle requests to permanently remove your account and associated data from the ClearPulse platform.

When you choose to delete your data, we ensure that all personally identifiable information and associated project data are securely and irreversibly removed from our systems in accordance with applicable laws and best practices.

Scope of Deletion

Upon receiving a confirmed deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

Pre-Deletion Data Export

Before deletion is finalized, all files and associated data are automatically packaged into a compressed (.zip) archive and downloaded to your computer for your records. This step ensures you retain a local copy of your data should you wish to reference it in the future.

Deletion Process
  1. Submit a deletion request through your ClearPulse account settings or by contacting our support team.
  2. We verify your identity to protect against unauthorized requests.
  3. Your data is packaged into a downloadable archive and sent to your browser for immediate download.
  4. Once the download completes, all associated records are securely and permanently erased from our platform, including backups within our defined retention period.
Irreversibility

Once the deletion process is complete, your data cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account to use ClearPulse again.

Legal Compliance

We perform deletions in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant local privacy regulations.
